When your payoff amount is more than the market value of your vehicle, the difference is called “negative equity”. In some cases, that negative equity can be included in your financing if you buy a new or pre-owned vehicle from Auto Gallery. If not, we will calculate the difference between your payoff and the market value, and pay you that amount. We will handle all of the paperwork for your payoff.

To pay off the lien, we will need the lien holder’s name and phone number, the names on the lender account, your account number, and your social security number. We will contact your lienholder to receive a 15-day payoff.
